STHRN worked with Highwoods Properties to rethink, design, build and operate the traditional office cafe in the Monarch / Alliance campus in the Buckhead neighborhood of Atlanta. Three cafes are currently in development with LUNCH coming online in late 2025. The concept is designed as a place to convene, grab a bite, or maybe something for later.
